Chocolate chip almond cookies



Ingredients:
All purpose flour-13/4 cup
Baking soda-3/4 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Butter-3/4 cup
Brown Sugar-1-1/4cup,firmly packed
Milk-2tbsp
Egg-1
Vanilla extract-1 tbsp
Almonnds chopped-1 cup
Chococolate chips-1 cup
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Sift together flour,baking soda and salt.
Beat butter,vanilla,milk and sugar till light.

Add egg and beat till fluffy
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Stir in almonds and chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart on to ungreased cookie sheet .
Bake In a preheated oven at 180 deg.C.for about 8 mins for chewy and 11-12 mins for crisp cookies.
Cool for 5 mins on cooling rack.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.

HONEY COOKIES

A DELICIOUS COOKIE FOR HONEY LOVERS!
  • Ingredients:
    110gm(4 oz) butter
    110gm(4 oz) sugar
    1 egg beaten
    1 tablespoon honey
    230gm (8 oz)self raising flour
    60gm(2 oz)walnuts,chopped
  • Method:
    Preheat oven to 200*c
    Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in the egg and honey.
    Fold in flour and walnuts.
    Chill for 30 mins.
    Take walnut sized balls and arrange on lightly gresed trays.
    Press down lightly with the back of a fork to make criss cross pattern.
    Bake for 10-12 mins.
    Cool for 1 min then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Store in an airtight container.
