| - Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced-4
- Beetroot-2 peeled,cut in to cubes drained
- Cucumber-1 peeled and cubed
- Green onions-1/4 cup diagonally sliced
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce-1tsp
| - In large bowl, combine apples, beets, cucumber, and green onions. In small bowl, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, allspice, salt, pepper, and, if desired, hot sauce; pour over apple mixture and toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
