MUSHROOM MASALA FRY


Ingredients
  • Mushroom-200 gms         
  • Onion-2
  • Zeera-2 tsp
  • Pepper-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice-1 tsp
  • Coarinder leaves


Method
  • Peel onion and chop.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan,add zeera and pepper.
  • When it is roasted add onion and saute till it turns transluscent
  • When cool blend this in to a fine paste.
  • Wipe mushroom with a towel,wash once and chop.DO NOT allow mushrooms in water for a long time
  • Put chopped mushroom in a pan,saute for a few minutes till the water dries up. 
  • Add the ground masala,turmeric and chilli powder and salt.

    • Mix well and saute for a few minutes more.
    • Add remaining oil mix thouroughly.
    • Add lemon juice and garnish with coariander leaves.
