Ingredients
- Mushroom-200 gms
- Onion-2
- Zeera-2 tsp
- Pepper-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder-1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Lemon juice-1 tsp
- Coarinder leaves
Method
- Peel onion and chop.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan,add zeera and pepper.
- When it is roasted add onion and saute till it turns transluscent
- When cool blend this in to a fine paste.
- Wipe mushroom with a towel,wash once and chop.DO NOT allow mushrooms in water for a long time
- Put chopped mushroom in a pan,saute for a few minutes till the water dries up.
- Add the ground masala,turmeric and chilli powder and salt.
- Mix well and saute for a few minutes more.
- Add remaining oil mix thouroughly.
- Add lemon juice and garnish with coariander leaves.
