Ingredients
- Sprouts(green gram)-1 cup
- Carrots-2
- Beans -10
- Cabbage-1/4 cup
- Green peas-1/4 cup
- Spinach-a few leaves
- Garlic-2flakes
- Celerystock-2 tbsp chopped
- White sauce-2 cups
- Salt and pepper-to taste.
- You can wash Sprouts to remove skin if you like
- Peel and cut carrots in to cubes
- Clean and chop beans and spinach.
- Crush garlic and chop.
- In a microwave dish put carrots,beans,cabbage,celery,garlic,spinach and sprouts.
- Sprinkle about two tbsp of water.
- Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
- Stir the vegetables once in between.
- Check if the vegetbles are cooked. If not keep for 2 more minutes.
- Add 1 tsp salt and white sauce and mix well.
- Add more water or stock to adjust the consistency.
- Return the dish to oven and micro HIGH for about 3 mins or till the soup is heated through.
- Remove from microwave and garnish with grated cheese or celery leaves/salt and pepper.
