Rasam powder

Ingredients
Toovar dal-500 gms
Black pepper-250 gms
Zeera-200 gms
Asafoetida-100 gms
Red Chilli-300 gms
Coriander-500 gms
Turmeric-50 gms
Curry leaves- 1 cup
Method
Fry every thing except turmeric powder one by one till browned, mix in asafoetida and when cool, grind in to a powder.
Mix in turmeric powder and store in an air tight container.
