Ingredients:
Toovar dal-500 gms
Bengalgram dal-500 gms
Coriander seeds-750 gms
Red chillies-250 gms
Fenugreek-25 gms
Asafoetida-50 gms
Method
Fry fenugreek and remove.
Fry bengalgram dal and toovar dal till a little browned and remove.
Add coriander and fry for a few mins,add red chillies and fry till roasted and browned.
Mix in the asafoetida and cool.
Powder in a blender to a coarse powder.
